Berry specialists

Berry specialists with Berry Finding S remain the backbone of most teams. Species like Raichu, Dodrio, Raticate, and Walrein are staples when their berry matches the week's Snorlax. BFS doubles berry output, so it's the single most impactful subskill for berry specialists.

Skill specialists

Skill specialists with Charge Strength S/M (Ampharos, Arcanine, etc.) and Berry Burst (Sceptile, Braviary) are highly valued. Skill Level Up M/L and Skill Trigger S/M/L are the key subskills. BFS on Sceptile and Braviary is a standout combo because Berry Burst produces berries.

Ingredient specialists

Ingredient specialists like Charizard, Blastoise, and Gengar are essential for big dishes. Ingredient Finder S/M/L and Helping Speed are the priorities. Species with rare ingredients (Large Leek, Slowpoke Tail) in early slots are especially sought after.

Key subskill combos

Event meta

Events boost specific species and areas. When an event runs, the boosted species become higher priority for that week. Check the tools page for planning resources and current event details.
