Using the site

By using NewRolly’s Study Hall (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site provides

The site offers tools, guides, and simulators for Pokémon Sleep. All ratings, scores, and simulation results are estimates based on community-sourced data and may not perfectly match in-game outcomes. We do our best to stay accurate, but we can’t guarantee results. Use them as a reference, not a guarantee.

Fan-made — not official

This is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pokémon, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Pokémon Sleep in any way. All Pokémon names, images, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them under fair use for fan commentary and educational purposes.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are for fun only. Rankings do not entitle users to any prizes, rewards, or other benefits. Leaderboard data updates periodically and may not reflect real-time activity. We may update, reset, or change leaderboards at any time.

Display names

Display names on leaderboards must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove or change any display name and to suspend leaderboard access for violations, without notice.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that disrupts or interferes with its operation
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Submit offensive or misleading content (display names, reports, etc.)
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the site

Intellectual property

Original content on this site (articles, tool designs, Professor NewRolly character) is owned by NewRolly’s Study Hall. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site’s content without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site, its tools, or its content. Tool outputs are estimates and should not be relied upon as authoritative game data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
