Greengrass Isle
Greengrass Isle is the first research area in Pokémon Sleep. Snorlax's favorite berries change randomly each week, so you can experiment with different teams or swap once you see Monday's favorites.

Favorites: Random each week (any berry type).
You don't know until the week starts. Either swap team to match once you see them or run a mixed team. Great for trying different species.
Strength milestones
Each rank requires a specific Snorlax strength. Greengrass has the lowest thresholds (e.g. Master 20 at ~3.25M). Use NewRolly's Pot to simulate meals and see what rank you reach. Full strength table: Serebii Snorlax Ratings.
Dream shard rewards
When you reach each Snorlax rank, you earn dream shards. These are the weekly (every-time) rewards—what you get each week when you hit that rank.
