Enter your Pokémon build to see how production changes at each level milestone. "What to expect" when you unlock a new subskill or ingredient slot. See How production works for the mechanics. Spec · Helpful Days (over time).
How to use: Pick species, assign subskills to levels (L10, L25, L50, L75, L100), set nature and energy. Signed-in users can choose a saved Pokémon (account required) from the dropdown below to fill the build. The table updates automatically as you change any option and shows helps, berries, ingredients, and skill procs at each breakpoint.

How strength is calculated
Energy: With "Max energy all day" off we model decay (1 per 10 min from starting energy at 4am, floor 20) and average the multiplier over the day. We do not model energy-healing skills (Charge Energy S, Energy for Everyone, etc.)—so the curve assumes no healing. Multipliers: 20 → 1×, 40 → 1.4×, 60 → 1.6×, 80 → 1.9×, 150 → 2.2×. See How production works for more.
Berry str: Berry count × strength per berry at this level. Berry strength per berry scales with Pokémon level (e.g. Lv1 = 31, Lv50 = 104; same curve for all berry types). Source: Serebii.
Ing str: Expected ingredient quantities per slot × raw strength per ingredient (fixed per ingredient; same at all levels). In-game, ingredients contribute more when used in dishes. Source: Bulbapedia (cooking).
Skill str: For Charge Strength S/M we show skill procs × strength value at your main skill level. For other skills (energy-healing, Helper Boost, Dream Shard, etc.) we show — because they don't add direct Snorlax strength or need team/cooking context. Skill procs are still shown in the Quantities table for all skills.
Vs base: The "vs base" column shows the % difference vs a baseline at the same level: same species, same ingredient spread, same energy, but no subskills and neutral nature. So you see how much your build (nature + subskills) adds at each breakpoint.
